Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Design and execute the global marketing strategy for the startup, aligned with the company's growth and positioning objectives in the market.
- Lead Generation: Oversee the generation of qualified leads through various strategies, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing campaigns, among others.
- Branding and Positioning: Define and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and working on differentiation in a competitive market.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to identify improvement opportunities, new features, and functionalities that resonate with the target audience.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting clear goals, fostering creativity, and promoting a collaborative environment.
- Analysis and Measurement: Utilize metrics and data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and the overall marketing strategy, making necessary adjustments to maximize results.
- Interdepartmental Relationships: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth communication and a unified strategy.
- Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS market trends, analyze competitors, and provide valuable insights to constantly adapt and improve our strategies.
Requirements:
- AI First mindset and extremely curious person.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing roles in B2B SaaS.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies, digital marketing, and branding techniques.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective interdepartmental relationships.
- Creativity to generate innovative ideas and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus).
