Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:
Set up and maintain basic IT systems (cloud storage, email servers, VPNs, Wi-Fi networks, device configurations).

Cybersecurity Oversight:
Implement security best practices (password policies, MFA, endpoint protection) and monitor for vulnerabilities.

Help Desk / Technical Support:
Provide basic support to staff for hardware, software, access issues, and general troubleshooting.

Vendor and SaaS Management:
Manage subscriptions and relationships with software providers (Google Workspace, Slack, AWS, CRM platforms, etc.).

Device and Asset Management:
Track company devices (laptops, phones, tablets) and ensure proper onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.

Data Backup and Recovery:
Ensure critical business data is regularly backed up and easily retrievable in case of hardware failure or cyberattacks.

IT Budgeting and Procurement:
Recommend and purchase necessary hardware/software within budget constraints, with a focus on scalability.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the company meets legal and regulatory requirements (especially GDPR, CCPA, or any industry-specific rules).

Network Management:
Oversee the reliability and security of internet and intranet connections across offices and remote teams.

Strategic Technology Advising:
Advise leadership on IT roadmap decisions — when to scale, invest in new systems, and how technology can enable business growth.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Google Workspace administration, SaaS tool support, and general troubleshooting.
• Hands-on knowledge of endpoint security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and cybersecurity best practices.
• Agile, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to translate technical topics into simple language for non-technical users.
• Availability to work freelance, hourly, and 100% remotely.
• Advanced English required.
