Purpose of the Role
As a Tech Lead, you will guide our development team to successfully build our multi-agent AI system. You will serve as the bridge between the strategic vision and technical execution, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our multi-agent AI system that automates complex workflows.
- Guide and mentor the development team, setting priorities and fostering their professional growth.
- Integrate and orchestrate multiple open-source agent toolchains and external tools (APIs, databases).
- Build scalable backend services (Python/TypeScript) and ensure system performance, observability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and AI teams to translate requirements into viable technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a preference for backend or full-stack roles.
- Strong command of Python and/or TypeScript, and experience with Docker or other container technologies.
- Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure for AWS, Google, and Assure is necessary. Dev-ops assignments.
- Demonstrated experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., ADK, BeeAI, n8n, or similar).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the integration of external tools.
- A solid understanding of distributed systems, observability, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Hands-on experience building or working with autonomous agents.
