The Semi-Senior Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for the Lazo Platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while working with modern technologies and contributing to innovative product development.

As part of the product team, the Semi-Senior Developer will play an important role in implementing technical solutions that enhance user experience and drive product growth. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software features.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java.

- Build user interface components using React.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Follow established coding standards and best practices.

Feature Implementation

- Implement new features based on product requirements.

- Maintain and enhance existing functionality.

- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting activities.

- Contribute to code reviews and learn from feedback.

Collaboration and Learning

- Work closely with senior developers to understand technical requirements.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-facing features.

- Participate in team meetings and agile development processes.

- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and practices.

Quality and Testing

- Write unit tests for developed features.

- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.

- Help identify and resolve technical issues.

- Follow software development lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

Experience

- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- 1+ years of experience with React for frontend development.

- Experience with software development tools and version control systems.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java and core programming concepts.

- Good understanding of React and JavaScript fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of database operations and SQL.

- Understanding of web development principles.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Relevant technical courses or certifications are a plus.

- English Advanced.
